Can I get Digital images?

Yes! Here’s how digitals work…

When you order a photo print or holiday cards then we will post that image to our Facebook page where you can save it to your phone to share with friends or enjoy as your wallpaper. Your session already comes with one print (your adorable ornament!) so you already will start with one digital image!

Additionally, when you order a canvas print you will be emailed a high resolution digital copy with a print release of EVERYTHING you purchase. So if you ordered one canvas, two photo prints, holiday cards, and the included photo ornament then you would receive up to 5 high resolution digital copies of those images that you ordered. (Please note that the digitals are duplicates of your ordered prints. If you order 5 products and use the same image for all 5 products then you would receive 1 digital image).

If you do not wish to order any products and only want digital images, then the cost of each digital image is the same as a small canvas print (which comes with a digital image so… we highly recommend getting the print too!

What if my kid is afraid of santa?

We’ve got you covered!

Kate and Santa work hard to keep the environment relaxed while giving space and time to timid kids. Often children just need five to ten minutes to warm up to Santa. Parents are welcome to stand or sit right off set or even right next to the child if necessary. On the rare occasion a child absolutely refuses to come close to Santa we take Santa off set and photograph the child by them selves of with a parent. In the six years we’ve been doing this, we have never been unable to create a meaningful image that we are proud of.

How many kids can be in one photo?

We love big families!

If you have lots of kids we are happy to include them all! The largest family we’ve captured had 10 kids and we got them all to fit nicely in the scene.

Can multiple families share a session?

One group at a time please! (either one family or one set of grandkids)

While we do have plenty of time to create studding portraits, it can often take a while for children to get settled and comfortable enough to give genuine expression. For this reason we do not allow multiple groupings for one session.

If grandparents want a group photo with all of their grandkids together while the parents want their children photographed individually then you would need to book separate sessions for each grouping (one for all the grandkids together, and then one for each individual family group)

Can adults be in the photo?

Yes! It’s up to you!

Occasionally we have had parents who want to be included in the photo and they are welcome to do so! We are creating your image for YOU so if you’d prefer the whole family then go for it! They make for fun Christmas cards and family portraits. We can also take a few images with you included and then some of only the kids so that you can have options.
